Building a digital eco system for the fastest growing boat company in the world
In the dynamic realm of maritime innovation, our collaboration with RAND Boats has been nothing short of revolutionary since 2020. As the driving force behind their digital evolution we have played a role in shaping RAND Boats' digital eco system.
Our journey began with being onboarded on the current Wordpress solution, where we built and integrated a plug-and-play configurator. Six months in, we took the decision to completely rebuild the structure by migrating to Webflow and building a custom boat configurator from scratch. The configurator, named Kombiner (EN = Combine), has since it's launch suited as RAND Boat's main selling software when customers build their dream boat.
To streamline and automate processes we have made integrations across RAND Boat's digital ecosystem. Also we created custom logic to distribute configurator leads directly to assigned dealers. It has decreased the lead processing time immensely, but more importantly it has created a well-functioning user journey for both potential customers and RAND dealers.
