First step into your new webflow journey is the “download” stage. In this preliminary hand-over phase, we exchange all the details, accesses and content necessary to start building your new site.

This stage consists of two separate different aspects: the identity aspect ✨, and the technical aspect ⚙️.
After setting up your site, we will guide you through how to get started on using your site.

Now, let's go through the list of items we need you to consider, starting with identity.

Identity

• Logo types in vector format: SVG, EPS or AI
• Images & videos: Link to folder / image bank
• A Favicon for your site: 32x32 pixels PNG
• A Webclip icon: 256x256 pixels PNG
• If any available, we need your font types in either WOFF eller WOFF2 format
• If you have an existing color palette, we need the HEX codes
• Style guide: PDF, Keynote, Powerpoint etc.‍

Technical

• We will need access to existing website > 
• DNS log in information
• Third party integrations (Mailchimp, Klavyio, Hubspot, Zapier)
• Google analytics

All of these elements are not equally detrimental to the initial stages of building your new site, but most of them will be needed down the line, so we usually strive to go through the list as early as possible.
